I've ordered this battery from the seller before and in the past it was shipped in a hard cardboard box with stuffing material to protect the battery. This latest order arrived in a thin plastic container that offered almost no protection from potential shipping handling damage. This is a Li-ion battery that can pose a serious fire hazard when damaged. At the moment, it doesn't appear damaged. However, the damage could be internal and hard to spot. I am very disappointed with this seller.

The battery that I ordered had a piece of the plastic housing broken when I received it.
The broken piece of plastic was in the battery packaging...
Could have happened during shipping or perhaps before it was shipped.
Either way, my attempts to contact the seller for a replacement were ignored...Which seems to be a reoccurring issue with this seller based on the feedback that I've read ...
Moving forward, I'll be shopping elsewhere...
